The Buyer's Journey: From Agreement to Closing

On Tuesday, February 18th, we will have a newly designed AREC-approved CE class: The Buyer's Journey: From Agreement to Closing Signatures.This class takes each licensee through the discussion, rules, and conversation of obtaining the Buyer's Agreement Compensation for signature prior to seeing a home. The BAR has a newly designed and approved residential purchase agreement ready for use. In class, we will complete while reviewing line by line the new purchase agreement. This will allow each participant to leave with an example contract for their reference. We will cover what some negotiations may reveal or eliminate with the new contract as we receive an accepted offer! Then lastly, we will cover some best practice experiences with contract to closing.
The sales meeting is from 11-noon covering changes and some detailed explanation of some paragraphs. Lunch will be sponsored @ noon, and CE class will begin promptly at 1:00.
