About this Event
Join us for the Butcher's Ball, a festive, dinner and concert starting with a happy hour featuring open fire bites and welcome cocktails by Basil Hayden. Joe Pat Clayton of Penta will guide a tasting and education session on their small batch, ultra-luxury tequila.
The evening continues with an exquisite four-course dinner crafted by Chef Erin Feges and Chef Sasha Grumman. Enjoy wine pairings by Lynda Barnes of XXX on Friday night, and by Natalie Vaklavik of Allura Wines on Saturday night.
Throughout the event, Maison Perrier and San Pellegrino will provide sparkling water and zero-proof craft cocktails.
