The 'ghost' of the Man n Scythe returns to one of his old haunts!
Yeh, starting 22nd Feb 2026,the Buskers Ball will be taking place on the last Sunday of every month between around 3.30 and 8pm.
Many of you will remember how good it was last time around...20 years ago!!!... as McFly's Danny Jones recalls in an interview:
"I used to play at the buskers ball,” he said.
It travelled around the pubs but the one at the Man and Scythe was the best.
Going to those nights really helped me."
Although I told him "Stick with me kid, we could go places" :D he ignored my advice, but who knows he may well pop in for old times sake some day...(think he gets a bit busy).
