Students will explore the instructor’s entrepreneurial journey while learning about different types of tea services and tea leaves, the essentials of starting a business, and how to market effectively in a niche industry. The course will also cover best practices for delivering exceptional customer service, hiring and training staff, and creating business-to-business (B2B) partnerships with local vendors. By the end of the course, participants will have the tools and insights needed to build a unique, community-rooted tea experience. All taught by a successful tea room owner.
