About the instructor
Radica Patel previously worked as a banker, helping small—to medium-sized businesses obtain various debt products. After funding several millions of dollars and hundreds of businesses prior to law school, she now combines her skills with helping businesses with the entire business lifecycle. Whether it is entity formation, helping businesses raise debt or investment money products, tax and estate planning, intellectual property filings, or managing exit strategies, Radica is well-versed and connected with navigating the various stages of business operations.
