About this Event
The Irish Business Network Austin is excited to host a special interactive evening exploring the business of YouTube — how channels are built, scaled, monetized, and turned into real, sustainable businesses.
Rather than a traditional speaker series or workshop, this session is designed as an interactive discussion — with audience questions and engagement driving the flow of the evening.
On Tuesday, February 25th at 7:00pm, join us at Q-Branch for a candid, dynamic conversation with two experts who cover both how content is made and how channels are scaled into businesses:
- Brian McManus – creator of Real Engineering, one of YouTube’s most respected educational channels
- Paddy Galloway – leading YouTube growth strategist, advisor to top creators and brands
Rather than prepared presentations, the session will focus on:
- How YouTube channels actually grow (and why most don’t)
- Turning content into a business, not just a hobby
- Strategy vs creativity: what really matters
- Mistakes, myths, and lessons learned behind the scenes
- Live audience Q&A and discussion throughout
We’re deliberately encouraging a broad audience — whether you’re:
- A creator (or thinking about becoming one)
- A business owner curious about YouTube as a growth channel
- A marketer, strategist, or operator
- Or simply interested in how modern digital businesses are built
Space is expected to be limited, so if you’re curious about where content, creativity, and business collide — this is one not to miss.
All ticket proceeds will go to the Round Rock Serving Center.
