The Burnout Reset: Releasing 2025 is a 90-minute guided experience designed to help you consciously close out the year. not by rushing forward, but by pausing, acknowledging, and letting go.
This is not therapy, goal-setting, or productivity work. It’s a reset space.
You’ll be gently guided through:
• A grounding welcome and intention for closing 2025
• A mirror-based reflection exercise
• A simple creative process (no art skills required, nothing needs to be perfect, and you don’t have to keep what you make)
• A communal release ritual to symbolically let go of what 2025 asked you to carry
Sharing is optional. Silence is welcome.
