Prepare for your big day with our comprehensive two-day class, designed to provide you and your support person with essential information and skills. Each day focuses on key topics to help you feel confident and prepared:
Day 1:
- Childbirth Education: Understand the stages of labor, coping skills, and medical interventions.
- Baby Care & Safety: Learn the basics to keep your baby safe and healthy.
Day 2:
- Breastfeeding: Get tips and techniques for successful breastfeeding.
- Infant CPR: Gain confidence in handling emergencies.
Class Details:
- Duration: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM each day
- Light Refreshments will be provided on both days to keep you energized.
- Registration: When registering, please provide the name of your support partner who will attend with you.
- Ticket Information: The purchase of one ticket includes you and a support person of your choice. Bring along a partner, friend, or family member to share this experience with you.
- Tour: A virtual tour will be offered. If you prefer an in-person tour, please sign up for one of our scheduled tour events.
