THE BULA ECLIPSE
Join us for The Bula Eclipse, a guided, multi-facilitator experience blending intention-setting, traditional kava ceremony, sound healing, movement, and somatic release. This is a conscious, immersive evening designed to support reflection, grounding, and letting go—while the lounge remains open and alive.
The experience is held in two distinct workshops, each facilitated collaboratively by Tabi, Kurt, and Lee Ann, with different energetic emphasis throughout the night.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
11:00 AM onward
Lounge opens for botanical drinks, social connection, and themed flash tattoos
5:00 – 6:30 PM | INTENTION WORKSHOP
Led collaboratively by all three facilitators, with extended time held by Tabi and Lee Ann.
This workshop focuses on grounding, intention-setting, and nervous system regulation through trauma-informed yoga, guided reflection, sound healing, and embodied awareness.
7:00 – 7:30 PM | TRADITIONAL KAVA CEREMONY
A guided ceremonial pause rooted in respect, presence, and community connection. Led by Mark Longenecker.
8:00 – 9:30 PM | RELEASE WORKSHOP
Led collaboratively by all three facilitators, with extended focus on breathwork guided by Kurt.
This workshop emphasizes release through movement, breath, sound, and somatic expression—supporting emotional processing and physical unwinding.
FACILITATORS
KURT ROGERS
Breathwork and somatic integration facilitator. With a focus on intention, presence, and adaptability, Kurt's aim is to guide you in harnessing the breath’s natural power to heal, transform, and align your mind, body, and spirit.
SOUL WAVES WITH LEE ANN
Lee Ann offers trauma-informed sound healing to restore balance, release emotional blocks, and reconnect you to your inner rhythm.
RAINBOW ROOTS MOVEMENT BY TABI
Trauma-Informed 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher grounded in safety, choice, and self-connection.
PRICING
• $44 per 90-minute workshop—includes $4 donation to The Betty Griffin Center, the local women's shelter
Attend one or both workshops.
Kava ceremony is included with evening participation.
Botanical drinks and flash tattoos are available separately while the lounge and studio are open.
