About this Event
Do you ever find yourself fantasizing about a clever retort to an insult someone delivered to you years ago? Even if you’re still reeling from a painful insult you received in the last five minutes, this workshop is for you. Let’s face it, our pride gets hurt a lot. As New Yorkers, it can sometimes feel like we’re swimming in a sea of ugly exchanges the moment we walk out the door.
In this workshop, we will learn how to transform the painful feelings that result from these miserable encounters into a victorious spiritual experience. We will learn practical techniques to accept what has happened, release past anger, and convert resentment into compassion and love.
Trust Buddha — this is a much more productive and joyful way to spend our time rather than reliving the painful past.
Everyone is welcome!
