Welcome to the 2025 BRUCE WOD season. Each year gyms around the country host THE BRUCE WOD. THE BRUCE raises funds to connect veterans to our partner gyms via three-month fitness scholarships. Your participation helps us Combat Veteran Suicide with Fitness, directly contributing to our mission. Since 2023 we have been able to provide fitness scholarships to eight veterans.Registering early saves you $5 and guarantees you will receive the 2025 event shirt.
Heat times will be released by the host gym.
Special challenge this year is a prize for top RX male and female finisher. A group of active-duty military donated $500 to the event to give away customized NIKE BRUCE WOD/Metcon shoes.
