The First Thursday of each month, the Puzzle Hall is home to LORE, our Folk & Roots Music Night curated by Gareth Scott with special guests each month. This month we welcome - The Bromleys
The Bromleys are John, Jenny & James (father, daughter & son). Each gifted with a powerful voice, they sing a mixture of traditional and contemporary folk songs in three part harmony, both a capella and with instrumental accompaniment.
Together, The Bromleys create a rich blend of voices that is unique to their kin. They have each performed solo and as part of a variety of bands, including Kimber's Men, Hebric and A Rookery.
Singing runs through their blood! The Bromleys have been well received at a number of folk festivals and folk clubs and have recently released their debut EP Oak and Ash and Thorn.

Please allow 15 minutes to walk from the pub to the station, and please check, on the day of travel,
that the times have not changed, or that strike actions are being planned.
Bus: There’s a 579 bus to Halifax that leaves Station Road at 23.48, just a few minutes’ walk from the Pub, however, give yourself plenty of time, as it’s the last bus, it can be pretty sharp in setting off.
