🌿 The Breath ExperienceBreathe | Rest | Reset
This 2-hour workshop is a chance to slow down and start the new year feeling grounded and supported.
The Breath Experience is not a lecture and not about doing anything “right.” We’ll spend our time practicing a few simple breathing techniques, resting deeply, and giving your nervous system space to settle.
You don’t need prior experience with breathwork or meditation.
You don’t need flexibility.
You don’t need a goal.
Just come as you are.
You’ll be guided through calming, energizing, and balancing breath practices, followed by deep rest (Yoga Nidra or similar). There will be time to pause, notice, and reflect — without pressure to share.
After the workshop, you’ll receive access to a small on-demand library of guided practices so you can revisit what we explored without needing to remember everything.
