In this monthly workshop, we’ll explore practical breathwork techniques that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.Each session will offer something a little different. Some months we’ll integrate gentle movement to prepare the body; other times we’ll focus on understanding the science and mechanics of breath—how it affects the nervous system, focus, and overall health. We’ll also work with the breath as a tool for emotional release and stress relief, creating more space for clarity and calm.
