The Bread Course is a fantastic introduction to bread making, designed for both beginners and bakers looking to expand their knowledge and skills. During the course, we will make both sweet and savoury loaves, and breads from various countries as well as Sourdoughs. Perfect for beginners wanting to get hands on and learn the basics but also for keen bakers who want to expand their skills and techniques.
You will get a full understanding of techniques used to make great bread. From Foccacia, to Cinnamon buns we will cover a wide range of different types of bread. Learn from our friendly experienced tutor, ask lots of questions and get hands-on whilst baking some lovely loaves.
Then take your large box of bakes home with you, after a lunch accompanied by one of your loaves!
