Invitation:

Yule, the Winter Solstice, is the time in the calendar year where the Sun is lowest in the Western skies. This time of low light, invites a journey inwards and foregrounds our ability to see in the dark and trust our intuition. However, it is also a time of transition towards light as the days will begin to be longer from this date onwards.

In this Ceremony, Lourdes invites you to place yourself in the portal between darkness & light and reflect on the gift of life to connect with the unseen and see the path lighting its way ahead. As Yule, a time of gifting, comes close… we will spend time honouring and connecting with the immense and wondrous gifts that life brings to us at this time of transition. This ceremony will include an ancient Hawaiian Shamanic ritual, that helps us connect with inner and outer gifts and connects us with our ability to receive and let go.

If you want to enter the Winter season consciously and with presence, and open yourself to the presents of the Winter months… in this ceremony we will spend time in silent meditation and reflection, we will engage in ritual and channeling, and we will share in community to celebrate the seasons that end and begin.

~ Collective and individual channeling – if you have not done this before please do not worry, the channeling will be guided by me and you will be supported every step of the way

Who is This For?

~ Anyone who has an interest in channeling as a way of connecting to inner wisdom and inner seeing; rather than looking outwards for answers we look inwards

~ Anyone who feels blocked, lost, confused in any area of their lives

~ Anyone who wants to experience ceremony at a marked point in the calendar when we harness creative energy for the months to come

About Lourdes:

Lourdes is a homeopath, medium-channel and reiki healer.

She practices these healing modalities in Leeds, UK (in Ookushana and Well are Wellness), and online across the globe. She believes that dis-ease is an energetic imbalance and therefore ease comes from an energetic balance that can be returned to.

Her life and work are informed by the Three Principles. Her understanding of health, disease, cure and healing are founded in these principles as well as those of Homeopathy, Reiki, energy healing, shamanism and Zen Buddhism.

She practices from the belief that we are already whole and that healing happens when we tune into that wholeness, the well of wisdom that we all hold within. She believes that her role is to facilitate that journey in a sacred space where you feel supported, held and heard.
