Join us for "The Boundary Journey!" A workshop for adult women looking to bring more awareness to their boundaries and step into a more empowered life. Led by Green Door Therapy's Therapist and Supervisor Michelle Guevara, LCSW who will provide information, lead exercises, and create space to process what boundaries can look like for you such as :
🌱 Practical Tools: Learn effective strategies to identifying your boundaries, setting boundaries, andmanaging the discomfort in setting boundaries.
🤝 Community Support: Connect with others who understand your journey.
💬 Open Dialogue: Share and receive support in a safe and welcoming environment.
