Although not always true, it's an old adage whenever a film comes out that the book was better. We'll be putting that to the test with our new book club, where we read the book for a film that is being released around the same time.
If you like pop culture and topical books, this one is for you!
In February we will be reading Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë, since the new film adaptation by Emerald Fennel will be coming out February 14th. Book club attendees are encouraged to watch the film after reading the book since we'll also discuss the book in that context, but it's not a requirement!
