About this Event
Join Martin Philip and David Tamarkin, co-authors of The Book of Pizza, along with Ismael De Sousa of Reunion Bread Co for a hands-on demonstration covering everything from dough stretching to topping and baking. Using recipes from the book, you’ll learn practical techniques for making your best at-home pizza. Tickets include pizza samples. There will not be additional copies sold at this event so please choose the ticket option with book if you'd like a copy. There will be time for Q&A and book signing after the demonstration.
