Welcome to the first bodywork exchange meetup! This event is designed for bodyworkers of all disciplines to come together, connect, and share our expertise through the beautiful practice of bodywork. As bodyworkers, we understand the importance of receiving care ourselves, and this is a great opportunity to meet fellow professionals, exchange skills, and nurture ourselves in the process.To begin, we will start with introductions. This will allow us to get to know each other and our respective practices. We will also discuss how these sessions will operate and evolve over time. Your feedback is highly valued, and we'll provide feedback sheets for you to share your thoughts on how we can enhance future meetups.
Following our introductions and discussions, there will be dedicated time for those interested in giving or receiving bodywork from other practitioners. Participation in the service exchange is optional, feel free to join purely for networking and socializing.
There will be a cozy space set up for us, complete with yoga mats, large cushions for seating, herbal teas, and a selection of snacks including a refreshing fruit platter. Please remember to bring any equipment or materials you'll need for your service exchanges—whether it's a massage table, oils, towels, or other essentials.
