The Body of Yoga is a professional-level intensive for yoga teachers who want to refine their teaching, deepen their knowledge of anatomy, and gain confidence in sequencing and alignment.
Through asana labs, intelligent sequencing workshops, and a deep dive into yoga philosophy, you’ll not only expand your teaching toolkit—you’ll reconnect with the roots of yoga and the art of guiding students through safe, transformative practice.
Whether you’re seeking CEUs to refresh your skills or laying the groundwork for your full 300-hour certification, this intensive is your path to becoming a more skilled, embodied, and inspired teacher.

* 200-hour certified yoga teachers ready to refine and expand their teaching
* Teachers seeking Yoga Alliance CEUs for continuing education

* Anyone beginning the pathway toward their 300-hour certification

Format + Schedule:
* Three Weekends (Saturday 11—6:30 + Sunday 10—5:30)

March 28—29
* Wednesday Evening Sessions for integration and practice teaching
7-8:30pm, held weekly via Zoom
*One-on-one Mentorship with both Jen Sloan + Lisa Luther
* 75 hours of CEU’s to be used for Yoga Alliance OR towards 300 hr designation
