Caitlin Harwood Fitness would like to welcome you to our first Wellness event!
Bringing physical and mental health together, showcasing how important movement is for your body. A day full of fun workouts, 2 special guests, goodie bags and a good yap session with other people interested in all things fitness.
A 3 hour event for only £15 each!! Only 30 spaces are available.
Caitlin will be leading a Full Body weight training session, and answering any questions related to training and fitness.

Pilates Sculpt with Tash!
Tash is an experienced Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with three years of teaching experience. After discovering the transformative power of Pilates during her recovery from a serious car accident, Tash became passionate about helping others build strength, resilience, and confidence through movement. This session is designed to support both mind and body - whether you're new to Pilates or experienced. She can’t wait to see you all on the mat!
Dr Paula Watson

Dr Paula Watson will lead a 30-minute workshop exploring the role of body image in eating, exercise and weight-related behaviours. The workshop will be interactive and include practical tips for moving towards body acceptance.
