We open the space with an intentional cacao circle to invite you into deep connection with yourself, and a like-hearted community.
When taken in ceremonial doses, cacao can guide us into a deeper relationship with ourselves. It softens the walls around the heart, heightens sensitivity, and supports emotional release, inner stillness, and embodied presence. Rich in magnesium, theobromine, and antioxidants, it also offers a natural lift of energy without overstimulation.
Each cup of cacao offers an unique unfolding: sometimes tender and quiet, sometimes joyful and expressive, but always a journey into the Heart.

Kundalini Yoga is known as the 'Yoga of Awareness or Consciousness'. Each practice, or Kriya, is very specific to lead to incredible outcomes and deep transformation on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level to bring purification of body, mind and spirit. The profound benefits from the practice can be felt from the first class.
The Kundalini Kriya we will be practicing is designed to open the heart and connect you to the infinite flow of love. Through breath, movement, and mantra, the practice clears emotional blocks, balances the nervous system, and awakens compassion. As the heart centre expands, you begin to radiate love — first to yourself, then to others, and finally to the whole universe.
WHAT TO BRING :
- Wear comfortable clothing so you can lie down and relax with ease.
- Bring a water bottle and stay well hydrated before and after.
- Have a light meal beforehand or fast for at least two hours prior to the ceremony.
Come just as you are, no experience needed, only an open heart.

About the facilitators:
Lissy is a devoted yoga teacher, ecstatic dance DJ, and spiritual life coach for women. With over 1,200 hours of formal yoga training in Hatha, Kundalini Yoga, traditional yoga, yoga therapy and trauma informed yoga, she brings depth, heart, and embodied wisdom to her offerings. Having spent nearly a decade studying in India, her work is deeply rooted in yogic philosophy and sacred practice. She creates transformative spaces for those who attend to reconnect to their truth through movement, breath, meditation and embodiment — awakening to self-worth, power, love and joy.
Radha has been working with the medicine of cacao for over a decade. Her journey with plant spirit began while living in the lands of Central America, where she first encountered cacao's ceremonial use. It was love at first sight. Her relationship with the spirit of cacao deepened as she learned to prepare the drink from tree to cup, honouring each step as part of the ritual. After participating in ceremonies guided by shamans, healers, and friends across Mexico, Guatemala, and Peru, Radha began holding her own cacao circles in Europe in 2014. A seasoned space holder, yoga teacher, and retreat facilitator, she weaves her love for community, authenticity, and inner inquiry with the heart-opening power of cacao.
