The Black Women's Leadership Collective: Beyond the Surface

This is a call to action and a collective commitment! Join me for a raw and honest conversation with an esteemed panelists of Black women from higher education, healthcare, and mental health.
We will examine psychological safety and emotional wellness as it relates to systemic barriers and cultural dynamics that contribute to the overall health of Black women in the workplace.
We will highlight strategies for centering well-being, the importance of the Black male support, and empathetic leadership. More importantly, this shared space will respect, support, and honor the voices of Black women.
