The Black Squeaker Project

A collaboration between The Elder Conservatorium and Université Côte d’Azur. International Composer and Organist, Carlo Forlivesi, has joined forces with the Elder Conservatorium's Sonic Arts Dept. to produce a transdisciplinary, immersive concert for the Elder Hall organ. Featuring Sho, and Habitat Soundscapes and Projection, this immersive work celebrates Atrapsalta AUDAX- the newly discovered but locally ubiquitous Adelaide Black Squeaker Cicada. The event includes an informative ‘artist on entymology’ talk as an introduction to the immersive concert experience.
