CURRENT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS PER DENVER COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH ORDER:The Black Box must now verify vaccination status of all staff and patrons by checking proof of vaccination.
- Acceptable proof of vaccination includes, but is not limited to: an original vaccination card, a digital pass via smartphone application like the MyColorado App, or digital photos or photocopies of original vaccination cards.
We will no longer accept negative tests.
The Public Health Order is in effect until January 3rd.
