Do you remember Vick Breedy flooding your timelines with pictures of people holding Bitter books or in Bitter hats, hoodies and t-shirts? It's hard to believe that was in 2014!
So much has come out of that one book. Vick Breedy went on to publish Still Bitter, Bitter Family Secrets, Stereotyped, Selfish Women's Group, The Stereotyped* Men's Journal and the Selfish Women's Group Journal. Vick Breedy also started two free self-care groups; Selfish Women's Group and Stereotyped* Men's Group.
She didn't stop there! Vick wanted to honor and celebrate people in the community who have overcome adversity. She did that by creating Genetically Resilient®️apparel and the annual Genetically Resilient Gala.
In between all of that Breedy also found the time to do speaker engagements, facilitate workshops, put out the Fluorescent Black Poetry Album and record two rap songs (Black Men are Dope & Strong Black Womanitis)with her sister Asia P that will release in 2024.
On May 5th, we will celebrate her ten years of building the Vick Breedy brand. Make sure you in the building with us and as usual "Expect something different!"
