You will learn about the stages of labor, relaxation techniques, comfort measures, the partner's role, and the significance of remaining low-risk. Gaining an understanding of your birthing options and rights will enable you to experience your ideal birth. Learning the facts about birth centers versus hospital births will bolster your confidence in your decision.
Class Details: $330 - The price is per pregnant individual (includes birthing partner).

Four weekly sessions, 2 hours each, starting from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Each session covers distinct topics; it is essential to attend ALL FOUR sessions to complete the course. These sessions are not to be combined or interchanged with the virtual session on Monday nights.
