WA's favorite sustainable cocktail comp is back sponsored by Archie Rose! 5 legendary bar teams are given the challenge of creating a delicious cocktail using a common waste ingredient behind the bar and one of Archie Roses' premium spirits.
Each team will serve their drink creation for 1 hour on December 2nd to showcase their creativity and new innovations around sustainable bartending.
In the past we've seen bartenders creating tasty beverages with egg shells, off wine, flat beer, celery leaf, empty beer cans, old ferments and more!
