Join us for The Big Walk: Cancer No Be King – a powerful movement to mark World Cancer Day! Together, we’ll lace up our shoes, raise our voices, and stand shoulder-to-shoulder to challenge cancer’s reign.
The theme “Cancer No Be King” (Cancer Isn’t King), symbolizes our collective refusal to let cancer rule our lives.

The 'Cancer No Be King' Awareness Ambassador will be crowned publicly at the event by the President of the Nigerian Cancer Society and awarded ₦50,000! Nominations open 1st August 2025, voting begins in September, and the winner will be announced by December.
