The Big Sleep Out 2025 – Windsor Rugby Club

This October, we’re inviting you, your friends, family, and colleagues to swap your warm bed for a sleeping bag and help raise vital funds for the Windsor Homeless Project.
Our services are a lifeline for more and more local people. By joining the Sleep Out and starting your own fundraising page, you’ll be helping us reach our £30,000 target to support homeless and vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
What’s Happening on the Night?
7:00 PM – Arrive at Windsor Rugby Club and claim your pitch for the night . A hot meal (including vegetarian option) is included in your ticket, and drinks will be available to buy.
8:00 PM – Enjoy live music and hear powerful personal stories from people who have faced homelessness.
11:00 PM – Time to bed down under the stars… or head home if you’re only joining for the evening fun.
7:00 AM – Rise and shine with tea, coffee, and bacon buttie ( vegatarian avaiable also )
Why Take Part?
Sleeping rough for one night can’t replicate the true hardship of homelessness — the freezing cold, rain, noise, and danger faced by those with nowhere safe to go. But it does give you a small glimpse, and every pound you raise helps us fight homelessness right here in Windsor and surrounding areas.
Who You’re Helping
Your support funds our drop-in service, which runs four days a week, offering free advice, hot meals, and emotional support to anyone in housing crisis.
Tickets & Fundraising
Registration: £20 per person (+ £2.15 admin fee)
Fundraising: No minimum target – every donation makes a difference.
Under 18's must be accompanied by a responsible adult
