Newington to Ramsgate - just over 70km. One day - is this even possible for this old body? Starting at 8am on Sunday 19th October 2025, along with my great friend Saul and an awesome team of runners, we will follow the Kent coastline all the way to my childhood home of Ramsgate.
Everyone is welcome to join us for as little or as much as they wish and we would love the support - either running with us or being part of our support crew.

Of course, this will be the first part of my latest fundraising effort for Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance.
