Join other Queer folx & Queer families for food and fun activities celebrating QUEER JOY.We understand not everyone has the ability to bring food or refreshments. If that's you join us your presence is what matters.
Besides food we will need folx to sign up to bring folding tables & chairs , cakes for cake walks (or desserts )and to be volunteers to set up , host stations, clean up etc.
This is an all ages non alcoholic event .
We will be selling RESIST bracelets for a few dollars ... so bring cash . Funds will be used to host future QUEER EVENTS FOR US.
There will be cake walks , party games and cookie decorating .
We will have cards for you to fill out to be delivered to our Governor , US Congresswoman and State Legislators.
We will be collecting toiletries for unsheltered relatives and folx living with HIV/AIS.
So let's eat, play games and just be QUEER!!!
STREET PARKING IS FREE DOWNTOWN. There are also paid parking lots and parking garages.
