Big Mix: Meet and Mingle for Volunteers is the perfect opportunity for all you awesome volunteers (active and interested) to come together, share stories, learn about the experience, and make new connections!
Hosted by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas, this event is meant to unite our volunteers to encourage and support each other and discuss our need for more volunteers with new people! Big Brothers Big Sisters exists to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. By matching youth ages 6-16 with caring adult volunteer mentors, we create relationships that inspire youth to achieve their fullest potential. This is the perfect opportunity for interested volunteers to learn about the experience of being a mentor from real, active mentors in our community. For active volunteers, this is the time to share your story, invite your friends, connect with fellow Bigs about their experience, and help to make an even bigger impact on youth in Central Texas!
This is a special occurance of the event as it is being co-hosted with The Big Impact Group: BIG. Join the event to learn about the work of this volunteer group, how to get involved, and share ideas!
