The Big Conversation: Future Care Planning

At different points in our lives, we may want to consider what is important to us should there be changes in our health and wellbeing. Future Care Planning (FCP) is about thinking and planning ahead and can help people at any age or stage of life. FCP may involve conversations between individuals, those closest to them and healthcare professionals, giving people the opportunity to plan for future changes in their health and care. Although people’s experiences and views are personal to them, it is really important that what matters to each of us as individuals is known and respected.

We are holding a Big Conversation about FCP on 20th November 2024 at the Parkway Hotel, Cwmbran, 9.30-4.30pm. This event will help us raise public awareness about FCP, and how the public can make their wishes known. We would very much like you to join us.

Your feedback will be used to help us to consider how we continue to raise awareness about FCP.
