if I told you that everything you needed to do throughout the session was breathing and you would benefit from 'just breathing' in so many ways that you would not only feel more alive and energetic but also more connected with your life and loved ones around you? would you want to experience that? I would like to show you a simple tool to feel empowered to create a deeper connection with your true self.

welcome to a safe space where you are invited to practice yourself in connected, conscious breathing. tap into your full potential and experience the power of your body and the breath. releasing negative stress from your everyday life, piled-up emotions, and letting go of things that keep you stuck in the past.

you may experience something that can be transcending: traveling to other spheres or diving deep into your inner ocean.

• a yoga mat
• comfortable clothes
• a water bottle
• that favourite blanket of yours (for extra cosiness)

eye folds, and blankets are provided (the latter on a first-come-first-serve basis)

1. check-in circle (welcoming the group)

2. mindfulness exercises to arrive in the here and now

3. a 90 - minute guided breathing session (a music set created especially for this event)

4. sharing circle to integrate the experience, a few snacks will be provided (please feel free to bring things to share with everyone - sharing is caring ❤

In case you are sick or busy on the date you booked: in your Eventbrite account you can return your ticket up to one day before the session and you only have to pay the Eventbrite fees.
