~ Hike the trails of Ritchey Woods Nature Preserve (all levels of hiking ability welcome!)
~stop mid-way for a mini body-weight strength training workout with Monica Moehring of Movement with Momo
~ connect with the ladies of the Beauty Boost
~leave with new friends who also enjoy moving their bodies in nature :)
About the Hosts:
Monica Moehring began her personal training business Movement with Momo in January 2022 fueled by the mission to help women become their strongest selves - so they can feel confident in their clothes without spending all their time at the gym.
Monica's training sessions are fully customized to your specific goals and she creates a unique program for each of her clients to ensure you get the most results from the hour you spend with her. She also regularly rotates her programming to keep you leveling up in your sessions so you will continue to see improvements in your strength and lean muscle mass. Monica is always looking for ways to advance her knowledge and invest in better helping her clients and giving them the best possible experience in the gym. The Beauty Boost Indianapolis is a women's community to help you feel healthy, empowered and beautiful (inside + out!). We host 1-3 events per month including socials, empowerment events, fitness/health + wellness events, and retreats. Our women are kind, love experiencing new things, into personal development and health + wellness, but not extremists (we still love our taco tuesday and a good margarita!). Our goals is to create a safe place for women to come together, have fun and meet new local ladies to build genuine friendships.
