About this Event
"What's in Your Medicine Cabinet?" is a TBW PRESENTS community event series designed for underrepresented and underserved populations. This series empowers individuals to take ownership of their health by understanding and managing their personal health histories, including taking inventory and researching their current prescribed medications. During the second hour, the focus shifts to examining the socio-economic barriers that impact individual health, addressing nutritional, physical, mental, financial, and environmental challenges that also influence well-being. The initiative encourages community members to document their health practices and medications, receive guided wellness recommendations, and engage with health experts to foster proactive, inclusive approaches to well-being.
