Before each concert, enjoy a pre-show lecture where Andrew Homzy, renowned musician and jazz scholar, delves into the Beatles' lesser-known connections with jazz and New Orleans' cultural influence. The concerts will be followed by Q&A sessions, offering a deeper connection with the music and performers.
Saturday's Performance:
Journey through the Beatles' classics reimagined with the rhythmic beats and brassy flair typical of New Orleans' rich musical heritage.
Sunday's Matinee:
Experience a different set of Beatles' tunes, transformed into jazzy numbers echoing the styles of NOLA's music legends like Louis Armstrong and Dr. John.
