Classes limited to 6 people

In this class, you will be learning basic stitching techniques eg. how to thread sewing machines and wind a bobbin. This beginner class series will enable you to confidently use a sewing machine, even if you have never used one before.

Students will learn & develop foundational skills by creating fundamental seams and finishes, which are used in modern-day garment construction.

This class is taught as an instructional class. You will be walked through all the techniques, step by step, as a small group.

Optional: Bring Your Own **Straight Stitch Sewing Machine - you will be required to have read your user manual which you will review with our technician (by appt) & lead designer. This will be an additional 3 hour session which will add an additional $250.00 so we can get started on your machine!

We will also have straight stitch machines for your use as well. Students that do not bring their own sewing machines will take turns completing their assignment on the available machines at our space. The large space on the 3rd Level will ensure that our social distancing protocol is still followed. You must follow all regulations by wearing a face mask at all times and using sanitizer to wipe down your space after every use.

Supplies: Please come prepared to your class with the list of supplies we will provide you. These supplies need to be purchased beforehand.
