About this Event

The Basics Champion Table: Next Steps Meeting

We’re building momentum and coming back together! Join us for the second The Basics Champion Table meeting as we recap insights from August, share updates, and collaborate on next steps to bring The Basics to life in Alamance County.

This follow-up stakeholder meeting is your chance to stay engaged in shaping The Basics—a nationally recognized early childhood initiative that supports families and caregivers of children ages 0–5 through five evidence-based principles. Whether you’re returning or joining us for the first time, your voice matters as we work together to ensure every child and family has the strongest possible start.

At this session, we’ll:

  • Recap what we heard and learned during our August kickoff meeting
  • Share updates and progress from the planning team
  • Start working together on how to implement The Basics across our community
  • Explore concrete ways to get involved and collaborate

Whether you attended the first meeting or are joining for the first time, your voice is welcome and needed. We're building a strong coalition across sectors to support every young child in Alamance—come be part of the movement.
