This workout will fit all levels of fitness: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The workout experience is unlike any other fitness class. We will feel a stretch, work on our balance & posture, and get our heart rates up. This workout will leave us smiling with euphoric endorphins while experiencing a real community here in St. Pete.
