The Balance Within: a yoga and mindfulness workshop

Join Jenny and Karina for this celebration of balance and harmony, finding calm and wellbeing in everyday living.
Through journaling practices, guided meditation, movement and grounding breathwork, we will explore the states of SUKHA (ease, comfort) and STHIRA (stability, strength) and learn how to find a balance of these qualities in our yoga practice and our daily lives.
Most importantly, we will nurture an understanding of who we are - what unbalances us? How can we find our way back to centre, to equanimity, poise and steadfastness?
You will finish the workshop not just with a greater understanding of yourself, but also the tools to feel grounded and balanced in your everyday life.
Jenny Wilde (UK) is a qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher with over 10 years' experience. She is passionate about sharing yoga and mindfulness practices to help people lead more present, peaceful and playful lives. You can find out more about Jenny here: www.jennynwilde.com
Karina Bolan (UK) is a qualified yoga therapist and has been teaching yoga in Prague for over 14 years. She has created her own style of adaptive Hatha yoga, so classes are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. You can read more about Karina here www.karina.yoga
