⭐️ VENDORS WELCOME 👀 We are excited to share that The Backyard will be hosting a 6 week Farmers Market beginning Friday, September 19th, and after further review; we are cordially inviting you and your business to be a part of our Farmers Market. This is the 3rd consecutive year “The Backyard” has hosted a Farmers Market and we are proud to be the first & ONLY Farmers Market in the Pasadena area. This year, our space has tripled in size and for the first time ever, we are looking to share the space. Please don’t hesitate to reserve your spot, as we are only taking 50 TOTAL vendors and we NEED to add you to our insurance during this time frame.
Last year the Farmers Market was open for 4 weeks and we were able to generate over 2,500 individual sales transactions. The Farmers Market is open 7 days a week, but we are only welcoming outside vendors Friday (5-9pm), Sat (8am-4pm), & Sun (10am-2pm).
Since it is our first year having other vendors at the Farmers Market, it is ONLY $20 to reserve a Friday or Sunday spot, and $40 to reserve a Saturday. Food trucks will be $50 (Friday & Sunday) & $100 on Saturday as we are ONLY bringing in 3 total food trucks and we do NOT serve any HOT made-to-order items. For vendors (excluding food trucks) who would like to commit to all 6 weeks, we are offering a discounted flat rate of $400 for all Friday–Sunday dates. If you are unable to attend in person, we can also have a booth set up for you so your products can still be represented.
To support smaller vendors, if your total sales for the day do not meet your vendor fee, we will refund you the difference.
This is a great opportunity to showcase your products, connect with the community, and enjoy a fun and vibrant atmosphere with other local vendors. If for whatever reason your smaller business doesn’t make money that day, I will give you a full refund for the day. 👊🏻
