Women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome, the only prerequisite is a desire to move to music.
The b. class was founded by a creative Canadian woman, Tara Newbigging, with a passion for fitness, dance, music and empowerment. The b. class® encompasses everything you ever wanted in a fitness class.
This is a fitness class that works the body, mind and soul: a new brand of dance fitness, designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. Simple choreography and fitness exercises are matched to empowering songs that are specifically chosen to move us, creating a unique class that can best be described by experiencing it for yourself.
We'll finish class with a simple stretch and relaxing shavasana so please bring a yoga mat with you.
The Ohm Zome is located within a gorgeous Vancouver Island forest on Cowichan Lake road in Sahtlam BC (the precise location will be revealed after sign up).
