Bios:

David Cullen has over 20 years of experience in the insight sector in Ireland and is former Managing Director at OI Research, RED C and Director at Kantar among other positions in the industry. He is an AIMRO board member and current chair of the Marketing Society of Ireland. David has won multiple awards for his work across a variety of sectors and research domains including advertising effectiveness. David served as a Effies judge in 2023

Jen Speirs is the Chief Creative Officer at Droga5, part of Accenture Song. Jen has created award-winning work for brands like Apple Music, McDonald’s, Carefree, Arnott’s, Berlei, Aer Lingus, Irish Rugby, Meta and UN Women. She has been on several award juries, including Cannes Lions (Glass and Film), One Show, The Clios, The Caples and The Immortals – and been invited to speak at events, such as the Cannes Lions Festival and the inaugural Australian 3% Conference. Her work has been awarded at shows including Cannes, The Clios, NY Festivals, One Show, D&AD, AWARD and The Effies.Throughout her career, Jen has had the privilege of working with some amazing people and has pitched for, won and run some of the world’s most loved brands. Her passion is to create iconic, culturally-relevant brand experiences, in any media – and to do so in a diverse creative department.

Des Doris founded Alchemy Event Management in 2003. Alchemy’s core competency is B2B events –conferences, seminars, awards programs, and exhibitions. Clients include Compass Catering, Zurich Insurance, IDA Ireland, Enterprise Ireland, Newsbrands Ireland, Bank of Ireland, DMG Media, RTE, Communicorp, .IE (The Irish Domain Registry), The Marketing Society, McCann Fitzgerald Solicitors, Vistra, CPL,. Currently, Alchemy has a number of ‘B2B event programs in existence as well as their portfolio of client work including: The Media Awards; The Irish Journalism Awards; The National Startup Awards; The Invest In Ireland Awards. Alchemy also manages the Research Excellence Awards on behalf of The Marketing Society.

James Lace currently leads media and content for the Diageo Ireland portfolio and has previously worked on the Smirnoff and Guinness brand teams. In 2021 James was recognised by The Drum as a global ‘Future 50’ and in 2022 he was awarded ‘Young Marketer of the Year’ at the All Ireland Marketing Awards.
