As a certified Meditation and Ayurveda teacher, and Well-Being Coach through Chopra, Susana brings a holistic approach to transformation and awakening. Her background includes certification through the Heart of Yoga Foundation, enriching her understanding of mind-body practices.
Having participated in and led over 322 workshops, events, and retreats globally, Susana's exploration of the mind-body-soul connection offers participants unique pathways to personal transformation. She is also a Level 2 accredited KAP Facilitator, trained by founder Venant Wong, transmitting vital energy and non-dual states of consciousness.
