🎶 Meditation using our voices
• Singing mantra (optional – you’re welcome to simply listen)
🔥 Fire ceremony
• Setting fire to our wishes and dreams
• Releasing old patterns, behaviours, and beliefs we no longer need
🌙 Deep rest with Yoga Nidra
