The Awakening

Let's spring out of the old and into new beginnings. As we shake loose everything that's no longer serving us. We will walk, dance and move through the old, shedding what has fallen away. Whether it's old habits, old ways of thinking or past relationships. Here we will allow what needs to die to fall away, as we move into new energy and New Beginnings.

The Awakening is a practice where we allow ourselves to experience the journey of life and death, allowing everything to come to a complete stop. We will start by moving as if we were moving through our life, and when the music stops, we stop everything. As you begin to awaken, you will start to move, to feel life emerging once again. You will look at what's important to you in this moment, with this new beginning and step into that new energy. We will journey through the cycles of life, moving forward with the feeling of aliveness and new life flowing through you. Like springtime we will be planting seeds for our future.
