As we move into the darker months of the year, you are invited to slow down, breathe and come home to yourself.
The Awakened Woman Retreat is a nourishing weekend designed for women who are ready to soften, heal and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
Over the weekend together at Studio Eight in Wells, we’ll explore the Divine Feminine archetypes, move through gentle yoga and breath practices, experience sound healing and emotional release, and share heart-led circles that invite you to feel seen, supported and renewed.
You’ll be nourished with delicious, wholesome vegetarian meals, rest in cosy surroundings and have time for stillness, reflection and sisterhood.
